This proposal was for the median strip at the entry to the town of Azusa, CA.  There is a quarry near town and the rocks drilled and pinned to the poles spell Azusa in Morse Code.  We also proposed to set power strips in the roadway that made the sounds Ahh  zuuu   sahh as you drove over them.  Keefer&Gillman.
