At Octavia Blvd in San Francisco, CA, David and Goliath was proposed to commemorate the victorious struggle of the community to tear down the damaged freeway and return the neighborhood to its pre 1950's ambiance.  Stainless steel with negative space cutout of the familiar form of David with side emitting fiber optics delineating the arc of his stone that slayed Goliath.  Goliath rests at the furthest end of the new Boulevard.  Keefer&Gillman (Proposed at $150,000) 2003.
